Personal Projects always go to the wayside when things are busy! Life continues on, kids continue to grow and be kids, and well, I keep taking pictures whether I get to posting them or not!
Little Faye has been getting so strong and started sitting up for a few seconds or so at a time, so we were keeping her in the bumbo. She loves her sisters and wants to be doing what they are doing all of the time.
Bedtime, as you can see, is a time of quiet and reflection in our house. Ella helped me pick the title of this photo, and she decided it should be called, “bullseye.” Well named!
If you follow my facebook page, you’ll know that we decided to go camping at Enchanted Rock. It was cold. My husband decided that if we could handle this, we could handle anything. In case you are wondering, we did bring a heater, which I am pretty sure we all would have frozen to death without, and yes; that is a tent within a tent. The girls thought it was fantastic.
We of course needed to take a family picture of our first camping trip as a family! Ella decided this one should be called, “camping trip.” She is very literal sometimes.
I love this photo. The lighting isn’t fantastic, but I love Faye’s face and just this moment in general. I also love how tiny her hands are holding onto her Daddy.
I did a little mini-session for Faye’s 6-months. She was not super awesome at sitting up at this time and her sisters were intent on “helping,” so it was a challenging session! I ended up taking more photos on her tummy, since she was stronger there.
Nelly has been very interested in pretending to cut hair since Ella and Nelly both had their hair cut, and Ella decided she needed to protect her Daddy from Nelly’s pretend scissors. It was adorable.
